This art was created exclusively by a computer. It could also be that some complex projects are the source of this digital data distortion. For the last 12 years as an Art Director, I've been lucky enough to capture such jamming signals. If you look closely, these "bugs" (also called visual defects, signal error, crash screen or digital data bending) look incredibly fascinating. Errors rarely look so beautiful.

In art, they are referred to as glitch art. (Wikipedia: „Glitch art is the practice of using digital or analogous errors for aesthetic purposes by either digital or digitally manipulating electronic devices.")
